GENERAL

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with THERAPY SESSION, hereinafter referred to as ”us ” or ”we”, at the THERAPY SESSION website or mobile website (jointly referred to as ”therapysessionstores.com”).

By using therapysessionstores.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order. 

THERAPY SESSION reserves the right to restrict different areas for delivery during certain times of the year. This could be due to adverse weather conditions that exist in these areas which hinder delivery. 

The inclusion of any products or services on therapysessionstores.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on therapysessionstores.com at the time you place your order.

We want to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services runs like a clockwork. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the therapysessionstores.com site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions. 

 

OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS

Any use of therapysessionstores.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of us.

 

DELIVERY

THERAPY SESSION exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option. 

We endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact us via email info@therapysessionstores.com. Further, Kindly note that orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or holidays.

Please note that we may cancel any order without prior notice or contact and the customer will be refunded in full.

If you place an order in error, or change your mind once it has been placed, it is your responsibility to return the item to us for a refund, this is due to fast-dispatch times of our warehouse. We are not liable for return postage costs of the item and requests to 'return item to sender' or cancel the delivery does not change this. 

 

PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES

The prices displayed at therapysessionstores.com may include the Value Added Tax ("VAT") but does not include a delivery charge. 

The delivery charge for each order will vary according to weight and destination. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. 

 

SALES AND DISCOUNTS

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a product has been purchased at a set price, we are unable to apply future sale discounts or refunds to that product in the event of an exchange. 

Please note, only one discount code can be used at a time per order. Sale items are excluded from additional discounts unless specified. If you experience any issues with a discount code please get in touch with us via email.

ORDERING

Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact THERAPY SESSION Customer Service who will settle the refund.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE


We are happy for the customer to return items providing there is a good reason for return. You can return an item within 3 days from the day your order was received for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be unworn and in re-sellable condition, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to return the item back to the customer if these conditions aren't met.

Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit.

All of our items are inspected once they are received at the fulfillment centre - if they are found to be damaged or dirty, we are entitled to have this sent back to the customer as this is a condition of our returns and refund policy. If our fulfillment team find the item to be in an un-resellable condition, a specialist team can review this on a case by case basis however please bear in mind this will inevitably add more time until you may receive a refund.

Products returned for an exchange will have to pay extra charges for their exchanged product to be sent out. Additionally, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any sale or discounted products.

Please note, it can take up to 14 days to receive and complete your return or exchange. In the event that a refund is due, we will refund the customer the amount paid for the item found within the receipt and order details. This does not include external costs such as shipping fees. Once we have completed the refund on our system, this will be processed within the timescales of your payment provider.

Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.


International Customers

Please note that we currently do not ship internationally (outside of Saudi Arabia).
